We are always on the look out for creative and talented writers with something to say, to provide our readers with new insight covering a wide range of topics.

Any aspiring writer knows that a byline means a lot when it comes to creditability and growing your career. As an Italia Living contributor, you can add to your portfolio, make a name for yourself, and gain invaluable writing exposure.

Since writing skills are essential for submissions, we’d like to see a writing sample (either a blog/website or text) demonstrating your work. Preferably, you are already a blogger or writer, but those with less experience are welcome as long as you love Italian luxury, fine living, food & wine, travel, and the Italian lifestyle and know how write about it.

We welcome writers/contributors from anywhere in the world who wish to write about anything related to Italian luxury & fine living, the Italian lifestyle, food & wine, fashion, travel, shopping…and other similar topics that may be of interest to our Italia Living visitors, readers, and members.

Take a look at what we are already publishing to get an idea of the kind of stories we like, but don’t be afraid to submit an idea that’s unlike anything else we’ve featured.

Please note that at the moment, every contribution is on a volunteer basis, for which there is (almost) no monetary compensation. This may change in the future.

However, there are perks to joining as a contributor. You’ll can gain valuable visibility and experience. We will give you complete credit of course as author and promote your other works or website in your writing submission byline, and your “Italia Living contributor” status may be used to attend or cover events that might be of interest to our Italia Living audience. Being an Italia Living contributor is a great opportunity for any aspiring writer, journalism student, or an industry professional to receive a quality byline added to their portfolio.

Submission Requirements

-Include your article name/title, along with a short one sentence excerpt that draws the reader’s attention.

-Try to keep article content as timeless as possible by avoiding future dates.

-Up to five high-resolution images (preferably min 600×450) may be submitted with each article.

-Articles should not include or promote the name of the contributor or organization; the writers’ byline should be the only thing that promotes the writer.

*Submitted articles may be edited or revised by Italia Living in order to maintain consistency and correct any grammar, spelling or factual errors. We will notify you of any corrections/changes. Please be advised articles are subject to approval.
